· *Audio Response Teller · You have instant access to your Credit Union account, anytime, any day, anywhere when you need it. · This FREE audio response system can be accessed with a touch tone phone and lets a member check the balances on their accounts, transfer funds between accounts and loans, check for cleared checks, and inquire on rates. · To maintain system security, a personal identification number is required to use the system. Contact the Member Services department to get your PIN.
